Introducing Thom


My name is Thom Poole, and I have been involved in international marketing for over 20 years, working for some impressive blue-chip companies.

Whilst I have achieved much in my business life, and now run a group of successful companies, I have been searching for more understanding of my place in this world. Having an open mind, I was introduced to Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP - a method of modelling excellence. I found it was not a only an technique that delivered the 'excellence' I was looking for, but it also started to unlock my understanding of my own performance - how and why I do things.

I am the sort of person who does not keep these revelations to myself - and am happy to share the insight I have gained with others, helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves. As a successful business mentor, I can see the link between the two - so if you want to grow a business, and yourself, I can guide you on this journey.

It doesn't stop with business though. I also have a passion for sport, and these techniques are just a relevant for sports as they are in business. With my understanding of sport, let me help guide you through the excellence of sporting performance.
